STOMACH MASSAGE TWIST

About the Movement: 

This movement challenges twisting the spine with a stable pelvis, while maintaining proper alignment of the head, spine and pelvis. It strengthens breath with movement and massages internal organs.

ROLLBACK BAR

About the Movement:

Performing rollback on the tower, teaches spine articulation, stretches the spinal muscles and helps to decompress the spine.

 

PUMPING PARALLEL

About the Movement:

Performing pumping on the chair in a smooth and controlled motion, strengthens the upper thighs knees and quadriceps.
